Due to changes at the State level Wayne County Family Connections 3 year plan is now a 5 year plan 2010-2014. We will begin a new community assessment in the early Fall of 2012. Please plan to take part in this very important assessment as this is the information used by the collaborative to develop a strategic plan for the next 5 year period.
